Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading teams with measurable performance goals and accountability metrics.
• Experience using data, analytics, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Experience improving workforce utilization and staffing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators matching nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization strategies.
• Analyze staffing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decisions.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to boost productivity and scalability.
• Establish accountability measures and performance standards for staffing operations.
• Optimize workflows and technology utilization for better coverage and utilization.
• Monitor staffing performance metrics and enact improvement plans.
• Support strategic initiatives related to growth and capacity forecasting.
