You will leverage analytics, forecasting, and dashboards to improve coverage and patient care hours while collaborating with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Leading teams with measurable goals, accountability, and improvements.
• Using data, analytics, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Experience optimizing workforce utilization and staffing coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for operational data.
• Ability to develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Proficient with workforce systems, scheduling, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; NJ resident travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and optimization to maximize utilization.
• Analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements for productivity and scalability.
• Establish accountability measures and performance standards for staffing.
• Optimize workflows, technology use, and workforce management practices.
• Monitor metrics and implement plans to improve coverage and responsiveness.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, capacity forecasting, and excellence.
