Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking an Employee Service Representative (Staffing Coordinator) to support payroll processing, onboarding, background checks, and employee data management in Jacksonville, FL.

This role includes providing clerical support, handling new hire paperwork, and assisting recruiters with routine tasks while maintaining accurate records. You will answer calls, manage time collection and data entry, maintain employee files, and ensure I-9 compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage processes efficiently while analyzing and interpreting information.

Aufgaben

• Answer and route phone calls and provide customer service to employees.
• Perform time collection and data entry.
• Assist with processing and documenting personnel changes and terminations.
• Maintain and prepare employee files.
• Complete onboarding process and new hire orientation.
• Submit online requests and assist with background checks/drug screenings for new hires.
• Ensure Form I-9 compliance.
• Support branch office with research, reports, and special projects as requested.
