StevenDouglas in Jacksonville is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations for a financial services client. This early-career role is hands-on, detail-oriented and involves recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, compliance and HR reporting.

You'll work across HR functions, maintain confidential records and assist with policy documentation, training and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in HR operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with an HRIS and/or ATS preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling and ATS updates.
• Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Assist with background checks, employment documentation and compliance tracking.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and organizational information.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate employee training and other HR-related programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Assist with HR systems, reporting and process improvement projects.
• Serve as a resource to employees while maintaining confidentiality.
