Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Representative (Temp) to support the HR team with data processing and personnel changes in the PeopleSoft HRIS. You will help maintain compliance and accurate records while contributing to a smooth onboarding process.

The role supports HR Operations, handles employment data entry, and ensures confidentiality across all HR records. A HS diploma and HRIS experience are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with an HRIS system like PeopleSoft.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience using spreadsheet applications (Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Process data for employee transactions including new hires, change of status, terminations in PeopleSoft.
• Maintain employee files and records per retention policy and government contractor requirements.
• Oversee onboarding administration and pre-employment activities like background checks and drug screens.
• Track candidates’ activities to meet start date deadlines and dispatch new hire documents.
• Provide general HR Operations administrative support while maintaining confidentiality.
