Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) in Orange County, CA, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support interview coordination, guide candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process across multiple calendars. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage administrative workflows and maintain our applicant tracking system, Oracle, while arranging travel, lodging, and meals when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle) is a plus.
• Project management experience in HR or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate virtual, phone, and on-site interviews, managing multiple calendars efficiently.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, answering questions and providing a welcoming experience.
