Wyatt Field Service Company seeks a Personnel Coordinator to support staffing for multiple construction projects. You will screen applicants, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliance while collaborating with recruiting teams, field leadership, and jobsite personnel.

In this role, you will manage background checks, drug screenings, safety training, and site access requirements to keep projects staffed with qualified craft professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
