Job summary

WyoTech is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. You’ll help recruit, onboard, administer benefits, support payroll, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. The role requires discretion, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll reconciliation.
• Support payroll processing and respond to employee inquiries.
• Contribute to HR initiatives for engagement and recognition programs.
• Support training programs and wellness initiatives.
