Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an energetic Market Leader to drive growth and service excellence across Richmond, VA and Virginia Beach, VA. You will oversee branch operations, develop the team, manage budgets and P&L, and collaborate with sales to expand the customer base.

You will build local market expertise, ensure compliance, recruit and mentor staff, monitor performance data, and pursue opportunities to improve order fulfillment, client retention, and overall branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with strong emphasis on management and operations.
• Experience with recruitment, customer service, and leading teams.
• Comfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and basic data management tools for analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage change.
• Effective at motivating team members to achieve performance targets.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms.
• Desire to lead and make solid business decisions.
• Provide results-oriented solutions for branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, management, and work closely with sales representatives.
• Designs and deploys resources to drive performance and service to all customers within the market.
• Develops deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets and becomes the go-to source for local trends and market dynamics.
• Communicates and coordinates branch operations to ensure compliance (Worker’s Comp, Unemployment, HR, Legal).
• Owns financial management of branch operations (budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit, collections).
• Promotes brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvement.
• Develops and implements an effective recruiting plan to meet hiring needs.
• Analyzes and uses data to drive improvement plans related to order fulfillment, recruiting, safety, and retention.
• Ensures client satisfaction by regular visits and adjusting plans to grow the business.
• Leads resolution of difficult issues through negotiation.
• Hiring, training, coaching and team development.
• Assigns goals and drives accountability to develop an operational team.
• Promotes colleague retention and growth.
