Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in management and operations.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, customer service and leading teams.
• Comfort using operational software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Allocate resources to improve performance and service for customers.
• Develop market knowledge and act as go-to source for local trends.
• Coordinate compliance across Workers' Compensation, unemployment, HR, and legal.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, credit and collections.
• Promote brand via community relationships and local events.
• Recruit and develop associates to meet hiring needs.
• Analyze data to drive improvements in order fulfillment, safety, and retention.
• Visit clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead resolution of escalated issues through negotiation.
• Hire, train, coach and develop the team; set goals and accountability.
• Encourage colleague retention and growth.
