EmployBridge is seeking an energetic Market Leader to guide and grow Richmond and Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on expanding customers, managing financials and operations, and developing the team.

Responsibilities include branch operations, resource deployment, market insights, compliance, budgeting, and recruiting. The position emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with strong emphasis on management and operations.
• Experience with recruitment, customer service, and leading teams.
• Comfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and basic data management tools for analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage change.
• Effective at motivating team members to achieve performance targets.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms.
• Desire to lead and make solid business decisions.
• Provide results-oriented solutions for branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, management, and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Design and deploy resources to drive performance and service to all customers in the market.
• Develop deep knowledge of local markets and serve as go-to source for trends and dynamics.
• Coordinate compliance across Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, HR, Legal, etc.
• Own financial management of branch operations including budgeting and P&L.
• Promote brand awareness through community relationships and involvement.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans to meet hiring needs.
• Analyze data to drive improvements in order fulfillment, recruiting, safety, and retention.
• Ensure client satisfaction with in-person visits and service adjustments; identify opportunities to grow business.
• Lead resolution of escalated issues through negotiation; hire/train coach and develop team.
• Assign goals and drive accountability to build a fully operational team.
• Promote colleague retention and growth.
