EmployBridge is seeking a Market Manager to lead and grow our Richmond and Virginia Beach markets. You will oversee branch operations, drive regional performance, and manage the client portfolio with a hands-on leadership approach.

Responsibilities include budgeting, recruiting, coaching, and strategic partnerships with local organizations to promote the brand and expand market share. Some travel and remote/hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of management experience with HR/recruiting focus.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record in budgeting, P&L and operational improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Richmond and Virginia Beach markets across branches and satellite sites.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L review.
• Develop and coach a high-performing regional operations team.
• Build relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate recruiting plans to ensure qualified staff for current and future needs.
• Monitor operations to drive efficiency, safety and service quality.
