We are looking for an energetic and organized Staffing Coordinator who is ready to make a difference. In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring our center has the right team in place to provide exceptional care. You will work closely with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads while helping create a positive experience for both our residents and our employees.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator
Create and maintain accurate staff schedules
Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures
Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives
Assist with annual performance review processes as needed
Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads
Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
NJ CNA certification is a plus
Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation as needed
Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete, organized, and maintained according to facility requirements
Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality
