Job summary

Complete Care at Cedar Grove is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure the center has the right team to deliver high-quality resident care. You will work closely with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads to keep operations organized and staff supported.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma (HR degree preferred) and prior Long-Term Care staffing experience is a plus. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Salary: $43,000-$52,000 per year
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred
• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• NJ CNA certification is a plus
• Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation as needed
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete, organized, and maintained according to facility requirements
• Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality
