Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Phoenix to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, and build relationships with clients to match candidates with the right opportunities.

You will spend time engaging candidates by phone, email, or in-person, coaching them through resume edits, interview tips, and post-interview steps, while collaborating with the team to discuss openings and post ads.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes and client needs.
• Conduct mock interviews and discuss next steps with candidates.
• Facilitate offer process and extend good news to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively engage in cold calling to identify candidates and build the pipeline.
