Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in New York, NY to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles across our local market. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to placement, while coaching candidates through resume edits, interview prep, and post-interview steps.

Expect a performance-driven environment with strong team collaboration. You will identify candidates, interview, prep, offer and manage placement, and maintain ongoing relationships

• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
• Conduct proactive cold calls to identify new candidate opportunities.
