Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Charlotte, NC to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, and in-person, and coaching them through resumes and interview prep.

You'll build strong candidate relationships, discuss client needs, and evaluate fit using independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to coach candidates through resume edits, interview prep and post-interview feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via sourcing tools and networking.
• Post jobs on boards and social platforms.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Guide candidates through resumes, client needs, and mock interviews.
• Communicate outcomes and next steps to candidates.
