Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to identify, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to placement—and engage candidates by phone, email, or in person.

You will build strong client relationships, coach candidates through resumes and interviews, and collaborate with your team to post openings and utilize online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews—review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews.
• Contact candidates post-interview—recap interview, provide next steps.
• Deliver the good news—extend job offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build the candidate pool.
