Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant – Agency Recruiter to fill temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates and manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.

You’ll network with job seekers via phone, email, and in person, coach candidates through resumes and interviews, and collaborate with the team to post jobs and discuss open positions.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Proactively cold-call to identify candidates and build a candidate pool.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate current status.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Coordinate resumes, client needs, and mock interviews with candidates.
• Present offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain engagement with on-assignment candidates and ensure needs are met.
