Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. This full-cycle recruiting role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients, coaching them through resumes and interviews, and guiding them through the offer process.

You will build relationships with job seekers, collaborate with teams, and drive a high-volume recruiting workflow in a fast-paced

Mansioni

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Coach candidates on resumes, interview techniques, and post-interview steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain candidate relationships and support on assignment transitions.
• Engage in proactive cold calling to build a candidate slate.
