As a Staffing Consultant, you will source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles, manage the full recruiting cycle, and partner with client teams to match talent with opportunities in your local market.

You will build relationships, coach candidates through resumes and interviews, post jobs, and leverage sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, review resumes and discuss client needs.
• Provide post-interview feedback and next steps to candidates.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Follow up with on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met.
• Conduct proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
