Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the United States to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles within local markets. You will own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates via phone, email, and in-person, and coaching them through resumes and interviews.

You will build strong relationships with job seekers, discuss client needs, and match candidates to the right positions and work environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach job seekers through resume edits and interview prep.
• High self-motivation with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Leadership and competitive drive to build a book of business and meet metrics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify prospective candidates through cold calling.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Interview candidates and assess fit for client needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume and mock interview coaching.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Support candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
