You will handle full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person while coaching them through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on boards and interview candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews with resumes and client needs.
• Call candidates post-interview to recap and outline next steps.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain contact with on-assignment candidates and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively conduct cold calls to identify candidates.
