Beacon Hill, a leading staffing firm, seeks a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in its local market. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to placement, building strong relationships and guiding job seekers through resumes, interviews, and offers.

You’ll work with teams to discuss openings, post roles, and leverage sourcing tools while maintaining a high standard of candidate assessment and business judgment.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach candidates through the job search process and provide feedback.
