You will manage the full-cycle process from sourcing to placement, coaching candidates through resume edits, interviews, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes and client needs.
• Present offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to on-assignment candidates to ensure they have what they need.
• Conduct proactive cold calling to develop candidate pools.
