Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Boston to manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, build relationships, coach candidates, and advance them through the hiring process from resume tips to post-interview debrief and accepting offers.

You will also meet with the team, post openings, and learn to use online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Contact candidates post-interview with next steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Follow up with candidates on assignment to ensure needs are met.
