Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement and engage with job seekers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume review and mock interviews.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Engage with on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met.
• Proactive outreach to build a candidate pipeline and source new business.
