Responsibilities include identifying candidates, proactively calling them, conducting interviews, coaching resumes, and negotiating offers.

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain engagement with on-assignment candidates.
