Beacon Hill Solutions Group in San Antonio is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. This full-cycle recruiting role spans sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person, and coaching them through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps.

You will discuss open positions with the team, post advertisements, and learn to use online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview techniques.
• Follow up post-interview and communicate next steps.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain candidate relationships and build a strong book of business.
