Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to find, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in our local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role spanning sourcing to placement, with conversations over phone, email, or in-person, and coaching candidates through resumes and interviews.

You’ll build strong relationships, meet team goals, post open jobs, and master online sourcing tools as you grow your book of business in a relationship-focused sales environment.

• Ability to meet aggressive goals with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates who are on assignment.
