Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will drive the full recruiting process from sourcing to placement and coach candidates through resume edits, interview prep, and post-interview steps.

You will spend time engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person, building strong relationships and collaborating with the team to discuss openings and post advertisements.
