Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, then match them with client needs while coaching candidates through the process.

You'll engage by phone, email, or in-person, build relationships, and meet daily goals. The role includes post-interview follow-up, offer management, and ongoing team collaboration in a relationship‑driven sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates and build the pipeline.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate flow.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Provide post-interview feedback and next steps to candidates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process with clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate relationships and support assignments.
