Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staffing Assistant in Mechanicsburg, PA to support the branch with administrative and customer service tasks. You will greet candidates, manage inquiries, assist onboarding, and back the recruiting team to ensure smooth application processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, including handling difficult interactions diplomatically.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and serve as first point of contact.
• Receive/screen visitors and calls; handle general inquiries.
• Assist onboarding and new-hire orientations.
• Support recruiting to complete all application steps.
• Coordinate/document workers' compensation paperwork.
• Process and update payroll records.
• Document unemployment terms in CRM.
• Create, process, and file purchase orders/invoices.
• Order supplies based on needs and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
