Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staffing Assistant (Seasonal Opportunity) for our Mechanicsburg, PA branch to support recruiting and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet walk-in candidates, screen visitors, assist onboarding, help with payroll records, process documents for workers' comp claims, and support the recruiting team to move applicants through the workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office.
• Excellent customer service in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and switch tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and serve as first point of contact.
• Screen visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientations.
• Assist recruiting team to complete applications.
• Coordinate and scan documents for workers' compensation claims.
• Process payroll records and document unemployment terms in CRM.
• Create, process, and file branch purchase orders and invoices.
• Order supplies based on needs and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
