Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and be the first contact in the branch
• Receive/screen visitors and calls; handle general inquiries
• Assist onboarding and new-hire orientations for the customer success team
• Support recruiting to ensure applicants complete the process
• Coordinate and process documents for workers' compensation claims
• Process and update payroll records
• Document unemployment terms and details in CRM
• Create, process, and file purchase orders and invoices for the branch
• Order supplies based on needs and budget
• Perform other duties as assigned
