Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Towson, MD is seeking a relationship-driven Staffing Account Manager to join our Towson office. You’ll be the primary contact for clients, develop new business, and collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver talent solutions.

This role offers hybrid work after onboarding, uncapped commission, and a clear path for growth as you build long-term client partnerships in the Baltimore market.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Passion for building relationships and creating solutions for clients.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with accounting, finance, and business leaders throughout the Baltimore market.
• Develop new client partnerships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent for temporary, project, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings in person, by phone, and virtually to understand hiring needs and business goals.
• Create long-term partnerships built on responsiveness, trust, and results.
• Represent CFS within the local business community and expand your professional network.
