The role blends relationship-building with strategic sales activities, working in a hybrid Towson, MD office and collaborating with a senior team dedicated to helping clients and candidates succeed.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop partnerships across industries, and coordinate with recruiting to provide top staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, staffing, or recruiting preferred.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, networking, and meeting with clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, driven, and self-motivated with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business partnerships across a variety of industries.
• Build lasting relationships with executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings through account management.
• Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions.
• Conduct client meetings via phone, video, and in person.
• Expand existing accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
