Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking a relationship-driven Staffing Account Manager for our Towson, MD office. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, solving hiring challenges and delivering talent solutions through our staffing and executive search services.

You'll develop new business, strengthen partnerships, and collaborate with recruiters to provide temporary, project, and direct-hire support. This role rewards initiative, communication, and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, account management, sales, or client relationships.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to engage with business leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with accounting, finance, and business leaders in the Baltimore market.
• Develop new client partnerships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent for temporary, project, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings in person, by phone, and virtually to understand hiring needs and business goals.
• Create long-term partnerships built on responsiveness, trust, and results.
• Represent CFS within the local business community and expand your professional network.
