Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our staffing services. You will conduct introductory calls, visits, and presentations while collaborating with recruiting teams to place top candidates.

The role involves extensive travel, client entertainment, and meeting ambitious sales targets with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong training programs.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients – via internet research, referrals, and calls.

• Visit work sites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary contact.
