Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive in Minneapolis, MN to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our staffing services. You will research prospective clients, make introductory calls, visit sites, and deliver sales presentations while collaborating with the recruiting team to place top talent.

The role requires travel to client sites and events, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and decisive judgment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals.
• Proactive high volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Visit work sites and deliver sales presentations to develop client needs understanding.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs during job orders.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact during the job order process.
