Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to identify prospective clients and develop relationships that benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will research, call, visit sites, and deliver sales presentations while collaborating with the recruiting team to place top talent.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commission and a strong mentoring program. Much travel and client entertainment are expected as you build and manage a robust book of business nationwide,

Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calls, referrals.
Proactively make high-volume cold calls to set introductory client meetings.
Attend client meetings, visit work sites, deliver sales presentations.
Partner with recruiting team to fulfill client needs and manage jobs.
Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
