Qualifications

• Applied experience with Agile and Lean product development practices.
• Mentors other Technical Program Managers by sharing tools, skills, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, design, and engineering leadership to drive programs.
• Run the experiment portfolio, including velocity reporting and launch tracking.
• Drive global expansion and Slackbot-infused initiatives to improve onboarding and invites.
• Own quarterly and monthly planning exercises and roadmap alignment across teams.
• Develop timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to keep everyone informed.
