Qualifications

• 8+ years across Technical Program Management, engineering, and/or growth roles, including leading end-to-end technical programs within dynamic product or engineering organizations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Agile & Lean Mastery: Applied experience with Agile and Lean product development practices.
• Mentorship: Raises the bar for other Technical Program Managers by mentoring them and by sharing tools, skills, and practices that others adopt.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner to senior product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Run the experiment portfolio, inclusive of velocity reporting, collision checks, launch tracking, and quality.
• Drive feature programs such as global expansion and Slackbot-infused initiatives to improve onboarding and invites.
• Own quarterly and monthly planning exercises and process, including exec reviews and roadmap alignment between marketing and product, design, and engineering.
• Quickly become a domain expert in your space with the ability to articulate how the engineering systems works, process flows, and can quickly recognize dependencies and anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Understand the product and problem space beyond the orchestration layer, including customer need, engineering work, and technical architecture.
• Transform high-level goals into a logical set of projects.
• Develop, roll out, and improve operational strategies, tools, and processes.
• Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts.
• Run program fundamentals (schedule, risks, communications) proactively.
• Track end-to-end projects against the committed dates and release schedule.
