Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead IT Delivery Services programs and projects within the IT Experience Engineering space. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and external partners to drive delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, executive communication, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A PMP and SAFe/Agile background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management in a highly matrixed environment.
• 3+ years delivering technical programs/projects in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban; PMP and Agile certifications are preferred.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience in IT Delivery Services space and in coordinating cross-functional IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring cross-team coordination and on-time execution.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and vendors to define scope, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide executive-level status updates and drive governance across programs.
