Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead IT Delivery Services programs and projects within the IT Experience Engineering space. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with product management and engineering, and drive delivery milestones in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a track record managing complex programs with an agile/SAFe approach.

Qualifications

7+ years of Technical Program Management in a highly matrixed environment.
3+ years executing technical programs in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
Exposure to managing programs in an agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe).
Experience in IT Experience Engineering space.

Responsibilities

Lead programs and projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and vendors to define scope and deliverables.
Align program status with executives and stakeholders, ensuring sign-offs.
Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
Drive governance, cadence, and reporting for program delivery.
