Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead Growth pillar programs for Slack.

The role requires technical depth to represent Product and Engineering in cross-functional discussions and to drive strategy, execution, and scalable operations with a data-driven mindset. You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, design, product, and data science to run experiments, manage risk, and deliver high-impact initiatives that improve onboarding, adoption, and overall

Qualifications

8+ years in technical program management, engineering, or growth roles.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
Strong Agile and Lean product development experience.
Experience mentoring other TPMs and sharing best practices.
Proven ability to build tools that automate repetitive work.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior product, design, and engineering leadership to shape strategy.
Own experiment portfolio, velocity reporting, and risk management.
Drive large feature programs and align roadmaps across teams.
Lead planning cycles, exec reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
Articulate product/engineering dependencies and mitigate risks.
Develop scalable operational processes and executive-level reporting.
