Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead Growth pillar programs for Slack. You will partner with engineering, design, product management, and senior leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive delivery.

The role requires deep technical understanding, domain expertise, and a proven track record in end-to-end program execution, operating within a fast-moving environment to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across Technical Program Management, engineering, and/or growth roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Agile & Lean Mastery: Applied experience with Agile and Lean product development practices.
• Mentorship: Raises the bar for other Technical Program Managers by mentoring them and by sharing tools, skills, and practices that others adopt.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner to senior product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Run the experiment portfolio, inclusive of velocity reporting, collision checks, launch tracking, and quality.
• Drive feature programs and roadmap alignment between marketing and product, design, and engineering.
• Own quarterly and monthly planning exercises and process, including exec reviews and roadmap alignment.
• Track end-to-end projects against the committed dates and release schedule.
