You will partner with senior leadership to align roadmaps, manage risks, and translate high-level goals into executable projects, while mentoring teammates and building robust systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management and engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile/Lean product development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Run the experiment portfolio with velocity reporting and risk tracking.
• Drive feature programs like global expansion and Slackbot initiatives.
• Own quarterly and monthly planning, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment.
• Translate high-level goals into a logical set of projects.
• Develop and improve operational strategies and AI-enabled processes.
• Maintain timelines, plans, and status updates for teams.
• Proactively manage risks, schedules, and communications.
