Ladders is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure to join our team. This role will own and drive complex infrastructure programs that span multiple engineering teams and technical domains, coordinating large-scale migrations and improving operational processes.

You will leverage AI-enabled workflows to strengthen program execution and position teams for long-term success. Remote within the United States; compensation ranges from $194,600 to $272,400 annually.

Competenze

• 8+ years of engineering and program management experience.
• Strong technical depth in Kubernetes, storage engines, and messaging systems.
• Proven track record driving large cloud migrations.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Media space.
This role will own and drive complex infrastructure programs that span multiple engineering teams and technical domains. You will serve as a technical peer to infrastructure engineers, helping coordinate large-scale migrations, improve operational processes, and reduce organizational toil. The position also offers the opportunity to leverage AI-enabled workflows, strengthen program execution, and leave teams better positioned for long-term success.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $194,600 – $272,400 annually
