Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management or consulting experience within a tech-focused enterprise.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Proven success managing complex programs and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and data analytics.
  • Experience with AI tools for project management is a plus.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Technology; advanced degree preferred.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Technology Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will oversee a portfolio of complex technical programs that support enterprise-wide priorities and product strategy execution. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders, PMOs, and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined delivery, sound decision-making, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of program leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to translate complexity into clear actions for senior leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $186,000 – $280,000 annually
